Danny Buckler

 

Danny Buckler has entertained audiences all over the world in comedy clubs, corporate events and on board some of the world’s most prestigious cruise lines including Disney, Regent and Silver Seas. After making his TV debut with Channel 4’s ‘Danny Does Tricks’ Danny toured with Victoria Wood, and was also part of the acclaimed London West End Show ‘Victoria Wood and Friends’ Danny then went on to host the BBC1 Saturday night prime time show ‘The Secrets of Magic’ and appeared frequently on television throughout the ‘noughties’ on game shows as well as offering his opinions as a talking head to Ch 5’s various ‘Talking Head’ series. In 2011 Danny toured the UK with CH 4 star Jon Richardson. Danny’s career has also seen him open for stars such as Paul Anka, Ricky Gervais and Bob Monkhouse. In 2012 Danny took his one man show, ‘The Phantom’, to the Edinburgh Festival to great critical acclaim and Danny returns to the festival in 2014 with his new show, ‘The Better Anecdote’.

Karen Bayley

Karen Bayley made a name for herself early on in her career reaching the semi-final of the prestigious BBC New Comedy Awards and was later crowned the winner of the 2001 Komedia New Act prize. Birmingham lass Karen followed by becoming  the first ever female winner of the prestigious Comedy Store King Gong award as well as reaching the finals of both the BBC New Comedy Awards Showcase and Babycham Funny Women. Delightfully saucy, her friendly and confident stage presence, combined with a killer wit, an infectious giggle and some devastating one-liners make her a comedic force to be reckoned with a warm and welcoming with a delightfully saucy and spiky edge, her bold, no nonsense attitude strikes a perfect pitch with men and women alike. Karen can be seen performing at all the established clubs and bookers across the UK and has recently been supporting Joe Lycett on his 2016 tour.
